Happy Hump Day!

Honestly, Wednesday already? Where does time go?

It’s like I don’t even do these posts every week, but in a way I feel like I do because time just freaking flies by!

I remember being young and always, I mean, always, being told “time flies when you get older” Damn….those people were really right. Who woulda known???

Today’s eat’s that I’m sharing are from last weekend. I don’t mean the weekend that just passed, I mean the weekend before. I was going to share this post last week, but for whatever reason it just didn’t happen, but who cares let’s talk food! lolz!

{Fresh Pineapple Oatmeal}

Last weekend’s breakfast consisted of some Pineapple Oatmeal – delicious! It was a recipe that I created and shared on Lushious Eats that I just had to make again! So good!

I love oatmeal, especially in the mornings for breakfast – but it is one of those go-to’s in the evenings before bed too! I love to snack before bed, it’s like I can’t go to sleep hungry. Ever.

{Green Banana Smoothie}

My morning snack was a Green Banana Smoothie. Fresh veggies, fresh fruit, yogurt and almond milk. Can’t go wrong there! Yogurt is a staple for me when it comes to smoothies. It gives them the thickness that I love. Just like a milkshake but without the unnecessary crap. ;)

{Steamed Tilapia, Green Beans & Broccoli}

For lunch I had some steamed tilapia, broccoli and green beans. I totally forgot the “post” picture – so you’re going to need to create your own visual, lolz! There wasn’t any time for post pictures – I was hungry and it looked damn good.

{Healthy Chocolate Granola}

Snacking – all.day.long on this Vegan Chocolate Granola! Geeze, when I made this batch I didn’t realize how addicted it was going to be. Just a warning if you decide to try! ;) There may not be any other food shopping for a few days!

{Spicy Chicken Quesadilla}

Dinner consisted of a Spicy Chicken Quesadilla and a touch of hot sauce on the side for dipping. For the dip I mixed hot sauce and greek yogurt – it may not sound the greatest but it’s pretty darn good.

Who can have all that spicy food without….blue drinks?!!??!! Not me, that’s for sure! ;) I guzzled a few of these babies down before hitting the sack! #goodtimes
