Today I’m introducing the newest addition to my fitness wardrobe – Nike Pro Compression Socks.

I’m not the one to go around wearing socks up to my knees, but these ones I actually like. They come in all sorts of cool colours too! We were offered to choose black or white – so I went with white because it will match most of my workout gear. You really can’t go wrong with white…ever!
But just how good are these $50 socks? I had to put them to a true test in the gym…..once I was able to get them on of course!
They really aren’t kidding with the name “compression”. To be honest, the first day I was going to wear them to the gym, I woke up late and was kinda running behind. Right before I left my house, I grabbed these socks…..and couldn’t get them on fast enough. I literally had 2 minutes to get to the gym and these were not going on. I had to drop them and opt for my regular socks because a client is awaiting.
That night when I got off work was when I finally got them on. I guess I never thought of trying them on before I was actually going to wear them, if I did, it would have maybe helped me out a little, lolz!
I ended up wearing these socks for my leg day workout. I figured it would be the best option, since I don’t run, or do any cardio for that matter so with a leg workout, I can truly test out the “compression”.
In the end, they felt great! I focused on my calves a lot throughout my workout in order to get the best blood flow while wearing these socks and I honestly didn’t feel like they were getting tired at all! Not only are these pretty good for making your legs feel like energizer bunnies, but in a way – they’re pretty stylish. I’ve actually been wearing them now just for the sake of wearing knee socks. I love new gym gear. Now I just need a new hat and I’m good! lolz!!
