Just because you don’t lift weights doesn’t mean you aren’t strong.

Just because you don’t practice yoga, doesn’t mean you can’t relax and de-stress.

There are numerous ways to create health & exercise in your life.

Not anyone has to be a vegan.

Not everyone has to runner.

Find your way of enjoying an active healthy lifestyle. If you don’t truly love your lifestyle, then you aren’t going to stick to it.

Don’t worry because you can’t bench your bodyweight or stress because you can’t bend the same way he or she does. Everyone is different.

There are so many different ways to enjoy an active healthy life. What you do, is your right way.

There is no wrong way.

You’d rather go swimming than to the gym and you hate eating avocados? Good. Then don’t eat them and swim your heart out babe, without doing what you love you will never stick to a healthy active lifestyle.

Doing what you love is what will keep you going.

Who cares about what others are doing, keep going on your own love for fitness and you’ll never look back.

There is no wrong when it comes to being healthy. Everyone has their own ways of creating healthiness so go ahead! Do what you have to do and be HAPPY. 

Because in the end, happiness is truly the most important thing. 

You can be rich, poor, fat, skinny, healthy, unhealthy, but nothing compares to being truly happy. 

And you will never be happy, unless you do what YOU love.

      Thanks Sharon, that’s the exact message I want to send out to my readers. Following someone else’s “program” or their “diet” isn’t always the best thing. So glad you liked it! ;)

    Ahh, I love this!! I’ve tried liking certain workout styles and the latest health food crazes in the past , but sometimes it just doesn’t work for me, and I’ve finally learned that there’s nothing wrong with that! Doing what works for you is all that matters :D

    I could never stick to a fad diet. I love trying new stuff and finding ways to be balanced about it. I like being able to try something new and feel good about it after eating it, knowing that it contributed to my goals. I like workouts that make me feel strong and challenge me. Sometimes that means a half hour on the treadmill. Sometimes it means weights. I just bought myself a big ole tire to do dragging exercises and I can’t wait! I’m going to look like a dork in my driveway, but I’ll be a happy, strong dork :) Be balanced. Be mighty.
