Sometimes we get so caught up in our diet and workout routines that we don’t take the time to appreciate our physical and mental capacity to pursue these healthy activities.

Think about this for a minute.

When was the last time you were thankful for just being able to move around? to walk? to actually get out of bed in the morning? without help?


Be thankful for simply having the ability to conquer today! Whether you’re climbing stairs, running after a taxi or simply walking to work. The human body can do some pretty amazing things yet we tend to take these things for advantage.

Be thankful today.

Be thankful for your life. Your health. Your family. Your friends. Your career. Your everything.

Life is a gift, just like your body & your health!

Be thankful today and tomorrow, & every single day for the rest of your life!

    Nice thought for the day. I think about this all the time. Our bodies and minds are such a gift and they deserve our care and respect. When I was injured awhile ago and my ability to move freely was taken away for awhile, I gained a whole new appreciation for it. It’s something to celebrate for sure.

    Preach, girl! Every time I hear that critic in my head complaining about my thighs, I try to remind myself that those legs let me run half marathons and bike to work, and take my dogs for walks. Keep the perspective coming!
