What’s a quick easy fix to throw into any time of the day, to be done any where you want and with a little dedication will give you a nice p-e-r-k-y lift!
Donkey Kicks are you answer!
Donkey kicks are an excellent exercise which targets your glutes! It’s a super easy exercise & It’s hard to perform incorrectly therefore this is great exercise for beginners. This exercise not only targets your glutes it also works your delts, triceps, core, hamstrings and quads!
How to perform a Donkey Kick
Begin on all fours. Keeping your leg bent, lift your foot into the air (squeezing your glutes to make the movement!) Each time you bring your leg up, squeeze your glutes even more! It is all about the squeeze! If you don’t squeeze and interact the muscle you won’t get a full contraction…so perform it proper and obtain results!
If you are looking for a little butt lift….wait…..what am I talking about? of course you are, we all are…we ARE women right????……I would recommend performing this exercise three to four times each week aiming for as many reps as you can!
If you have an extra 10 minutes, do it for the entire 10 minutes alternating legs with no rest OR complete 100 reps on each leg every morning as soon as you get up OR grab a resistance band and add a little resistance to help build a little glute muscle.
There’s nothing wrong with a tight, perky butt….Am I right?
